DO HEALTHY FATS MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT?
It is the biggest myth in health Industry. I want aware people who thinks like that, that fat food will never spike your insulin level as carbs(glucose) does.

WHY IS MY URINE PURE WHITE?
It is biggest myth related to health that people thinks if white urines comes from there body it show that their body is healthy.
No it is not by the way , white urine shows that your body is over hydrated that means your kidneys is in load so they are throwing excess water from your body.
A healthy urine colour should be in pale yellow.
Water in your body works to reduce the temperature of your body and to collect the waste from different parts from your body thats the reason your urine colour is in pale yellow.
And if it is in white colour that means your kidneys does not doing any work and because of load they are only throwing water out from your body.
CAN YOU TRAIN TRICEPS AND BICEPS TOGETHER?
It is not only biceps and triceps , here I will talk about every oppostite muscles whether it is quadriceps or hamstrings , chest or back , let it be any opposite muscles.
so, Opposite muscle should not be train at a time or same day.
Because either you can extend or contract your muscle at same time, In biceps you are contracting your mscle and then in triceps you are extenting the biceps muscle by doing this you will not get anything . Yes you will got only feel good effect or a pump, but you can not get muscle hypertrophy from this type of training schedule.
IS MIXED FRUIT JUICE HEALTHY?
I will always recommend to avoid any type of fruit juices because it will spike your insulin level heavily and if you don’t know what will happens from insulin spike you can visit our page to know more about this insulin spiking.
But if you have craving and you want to taste it I will recommend to take a complete fruit instead of juices of 5 to 6 oranges in a glass.
By taking 1 complete orange it will not spike your insulin as that glass of 5 to 6 oranges. and you will also get some fibre in one complete orange which will also hinder the insulin spiking very rapidly.
WHICH IS BETTER EGG WHITE OR YOLK?
Eating only egg white will going to waste your money and also lacks you from many vitamins and protein which available in complete egg.
Egg contains all type of vitamin except vitamin C but they all are present in egg yolk which you will throwing from so many years and wasting your money in multivitamins.
Eating egg white only give you 3 gm of protein which means you will get only 12kg/cal energy.

WHAT IS A GOOD FAT BURNER FOR BELLY FAT?
If you are in bad nutrition means in carbs and supplementing your body from L carnitine than my buddy you are wasting your money.
Because if you continue give glucose(carbohydrates) to your body than how will your body will able to make it from its own? and if your body does not make glucose on it own than you will not going to experience fat loss.
L carnitine is like a taxi which will carry fatty acids from fat cell to liver and when these fatty acids remove by l carnitine from fat cell than size of fat cell will decrease which means you will experience fat loss.
And liver will make enery from these fatty acids which carnitine provides from fat cells.
But this condition which we discussed above only happens when your body does not have glucose energy .
And if you taling this energy from outside in form carbs than liver will not do any thing because it gets energy from outside.
thatswhy l carnitine will not affect you when you are in carbohydrayte diet.
DO I NEED TO TAKE PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS TO BUILD MUSCLE?
No it is not necessary to supplement your body from supplements ,if you able to complete it from your diet.
Now should you choose animal or plant based food to complete our protein requirements? this is the question which now arise .
I always prefer animal based food to complete protein requirement because animal base food have complete ammino acid profile and is more bioavailable in nature than plant based protein.
WHEN TO TAKE CREATINE FOR BEGINNERS?
First you have to know that creatine is perfectly safe for our body because 1gm of creatine is made by our body daiiy.
now should begginers starts taking it from day 1 of gym or they should wait?
I would suggest to wait for atleast 6 months to start supplementing creatine because first give your body time to know how that 1 gm of creatine that your body making daily works during workouts, and to understand it for the body takes time.
so i will say do not rush for thing which everyone are doing in gym .Get a right buddy and a right coach which will help you to change your body and also will save your money.
